We can maintain a balanced diet

Food that is part of each meal provides nutrients in proportions that healthy body needs to work properly.
Also Food provides nutrients in proportions for a healthy body.
For examples a  balanced diet must necessarily be  include in all groups of nutrients in the following proportions : 6 servings of complex carbohydrates ; 5 servings of fruit or vegetables ; 2 servings of milk or yogurt 2 portions of protein and 15-25 grams of fats and oils.
Junk Food contains, usually, high levels of fat such as , salt , spices or sugar and numerous food additives.
A Myth is for example when people say that Water has calories. Therefore you are not going to be slim or overweight but it is Lune.

In conclusion we need to follow a balanced diet low in saturated fats and cholesterol, without sugars, salt and alcohol.
